You copy the bag file and use the XCC sound tool to add it IIRC. It should be on one of the mixer's menus. _________________

Sleipnir has long held that necroposting isn't as disruptive as people coming into a necroposted thread and declaring in ALLCAPS or whatnot how horrid necroposting is. I'm inclined to agree with him, especially when it's just a silly little on-topic question like this. _________________

IIRC = If I Recall Correctly. Internet lingo.
Also, have you considered that the program may just not be meant for drag-and-drop unlike the general mixer? Try right clicking on fields or the file. Failing that, try hunting through the available menus.
This is typically why I just recommend mod creator. So much simpler. _________________

yer... if you've ever used my mod, you'd know i don't use mod launcher. this is false, i cheated... i use mod launcher and the --activate tag to create a file i call the "bag builder", which is then deleted once the bag is created.
once DCoder releases his mix/csf/bag dll file, hopefully with a CLT, i'll be using that... _________________ The Director is Master, The Director is Master, Hey, Why am I saying that?

Mod Creator and Mod Launcher aren't the same program, and I recall that one is pretty shitty and woefully obsolete even in the golden age of Mixer 1.21 (you have to load an xmfc file or something) and they tended to corrupt one another if you installed both. _________________

You can't bundle sounds into a map download, just like how you can't bundle art into them. _________________

| I understand that, I dont have the info in front of me but I think I need to add them to the bag file, the soundmd & the rulesmd. I think those are the 3 places they need to go. I am not putting them in the map. |

Oh okay. I was just thinking that by 'drag and drop' it likely means between the two windows in the mixer, not between the mixer and any open folder, just FYI.
Also remember a lot of these tools are so old, they're coded for Win98 functionality, so under XP they can act... wonky. _________________
