EDIT: Bobing About gave me the awnser, thanks to him, i could replace a Could Soon.

1, its a country, not a side
2, tibed is crap, i highly doubt you could get it working in tibed
3, the game will not let you add new countries, only replace existing ones. to add a new country, you need to use RockPatch, or NPatch, and these are not tibed compatable.

I see, i could use rockpatch to create new countries. I tried this kind of thing before. Like in MooMans Mod (YR Squared), Thats got china and ukriene.

If I base a country on one of the existing countries or replace them, i could have a new side that replaces the old one. Ok Thanks BobingAbout.

just to be clear, without rockpatch/npatch you can replace countries, which is probably what mooman did, however if you use 1 of the patchs, you can add new ones to the end of the list. i wrote a tutorial on revora, although its outdated now. http://forums.revora.net/index.php?showtopic=19501
