I know I can make tanks/cars, and cameos (to some extent), but now I'd like to know how to make new soldiers and buildings. So if you all could be so kind as to point me in the direction of some tutiorals, or post help yourself. If you could, I'll make sure that you get the correct credit.

Do you mean making the shp or voxel or importing?

Because this program is good for importing:
a program its called tibed (Here is the link http://www.tibed.net/tibed1/) i i'm positive that it can make infantry and buildings, it has manual (Code your self) and auto (you enter info to categories) you can import cameos and other things with the file bag (you dont have to import manually) you can use it to make mods by exporting (no duh), the files you export are in "ini" and "csf" so its all done for you (if you need help E-mail me)

Tibed is still shit, and he's basically asking how to make shps, not how to code them in, which is the simplest bit of the whole effort.

Check around this site:
http://www.ppmsite.com/

It has quite a few tutorials on the left side under Red Alert 2.

Also I recommend trying to find the the shp grids, those can prove to be very useful.
