Sorry kravvits, but i want to give it a go, and now while we are on a break from modin ROTC it would be a good time to make cameo's.

so
if you want a cameo, just ask, here is a sample of my work.

there are more, but not recent ones, so i don't have the good glass effect on them.

and i want 0-30 kell per cameo, depending on how hard it is to make. if its a simple one and you provide an image, it will be 5 kell or possiby less, if you just want me to alter one i already have, i can do it for even less. depending if i still have the original images.

prices are nagotiable. so, just ask

well, like kravvitz, i just want that title, after that i'd gladly stop charging.
point is, i have to do some work to create a high quality cameo, so why not ask to put me a tiny bit closer to that little line of text under my name?

5 kell, seems nothink, and you can make that in 5 posts, or 3 if you make new topics every post. so that 3 kel for me from this shop already

anyway, 5 kell seems nothing, but 10 cameo's at 5 kel is 50 kel, thats 1/15 of the way there, and i'm only about 1/13 of the way there as it is.
every little helps, lol

OK this is going no where, Rob give up people aint going to pay, and kravizz is having the same trouble its not worth getting a go from every one so just give up and dont even offer any more. This forum's members are just starting to suck ass, and get to fucking argumentative. Why dont they just leave a thread alone if they dont have anythin to do with it, Oh ye i know to get Kell of their own. He's actually trying to help himself, which he actually stated, modding was about helping others for FREE. It seems some people lost their way. ArgCmdr
appears to be one of the last of a dying breed.
And its not about getting custom titles.....I don't think many people actually read them anyway. So theres no point going out of your way to try and get one.

i was asking why people are charging for stuff...i stated in the thread i was trying not to start an argument, and so im not going to argue with you. when i was modding, things were great...nowadays though

and how are they trying to help people...this would be helping people:

Ive just finnished the glass effect on my latest cameo and it turned out pretty damned good, so im now thinking of taking in requests. If anyone needs a cameo, im open...if you could supply a base pic it'd be even better

the above is helping people. in the case of bobbing about or kravvitz, you can only help for a price.

ok ok, any one want free help????? Im here. lol.
We are dieing out as our time is becoming more useful for somthing else, havnet you realised that the Ra2 comunity is growing up, getting lives and even jobs. think about it, people like me and rob are now strugling with collage work and exams, we have grown with ra2, and in some ways evolved with it. But we can no longer spend time for free on things. Fine we help out the best we can IF asked, and we dont expect anything from that. In the modern day world you dont get anything out of life unless you work for it, or in this case pay a SMALL or Small fee for the ease of not spending their own time on it.

AS a great philosipher said, TIME = Money and Money = Power.

Though this has now become more like Knowledge = Power and Power = Money.

But never the less we have to live in this world so lets just get allong.

that may be, but for a price, you give up your free time and butter it up by calling it helping people. me personally, i dont think it is.

biohazard and tiamet have both requested things from me, and both are taking ages, cos i dont have all the time in the world to do it either...but i still do it, and for free...but hey, you have your system i have mine.

I do them all the time, I have a database of cameos on this PC. If anyone requests something I go out, find a picture and make it. For free.

yeh i agree it is greed but how simple is a cameo for most ppl its just finding a pic and editing it a lil then thats it.. BUT for vxls and w3d models there alot more time spent on them..so i think if ppl want 2 charge kel for a vxl or w3d or shp then they can do so... i want 2 be paid money for my work at some stage but im not gd enough yet so kel is all i get for now..

I do VXLs aswell, but a good cameo takes aslong as a VXL, but thats the ones i'd really charge for. if you want, i can make you some VXLs aswell. and like i said a range, most of the time the cameoo price would be at the low end anyway. that includes free for some of them. and arg don't help, i asked him numerous times, and i still havn't got anything from him yet
i been waiting for stuff for months now off him, and the ones he did do, he decided not to give me cas he wanted to use them in 2021. in my world, everything has a price. i ask for help, they do too. nothing is free, not even help.

Nothing in my life is free. so why give for free? people who i talk to on MSN might know my life story, but most of you don't. if you did you'd understand. Nothing is free, not even life. sometimes i wish it would end, simply cos i ran out of stuff to pay back what i need. literally.
