well its a mix of a lot of things, the seal being one (arms) the arni gun (modified) rocketeer legs (modified slightly) the head is custm, cause i wanted to try adn get the gold lense look from renegades, and the body is actaully the colors of the GI's pants, just turned into clothing..glad it looks alright i actaully never used teh tesla trooper..

Tesla Trooper ? I was right about the SEAL though, he just looked like one.
How about a Rocket Trooper (based on Flak Trooper) or RA1 Shock Trooper (with cattle prod)?

sry for dboule post, but here is waht im doing for Havoc, i think it kinda resembles him, hes harder then hell to do though..i might make hima little taller, as well as redoing his legs a little..and maybe a little different upper body

any suggestions? im thinking resize upper body a littel (smaller) and making legs longer/bigger plus maybe a little color swapping and i think itd look close to havoc..

Looks good.....the biggest problem is that his face needs a little more to it actually....i think his head is a LITTLE to big...but otherwise I think he looks awesome....you da man JR

Thought about basing him on Arnie Frankenfurter? Just use his shape as a template of sorts and redraw him to look like Havoc.

It would be a better idea to modify Sammy stallion as he already looks like Rambo eg C&C Commando eg Havoc
Although you could modify Arnie to make a Nod chain gun officer

Whenever I see Havoc I tend to think of him walking around with a big gun (haven't got game, just seen a few trailers etc), so more like Arnie.

Hmmm..the problem is i am already using teh sammy SHP...but the idea of using the arni as a start wouldnt be too bad, cause i could make him taller that way... but im fairly confident that i canedit that one to make him taller, a little slimmer on top (hes buff, but not that buff) and teh head ever so slightly smaller..and havoc uses a ramjet sniper rifle in game, which is kinda a AT rifle.. and the nod chaingun officer idea, sounds like a good idea to me, one of us should do it..i may need it for my mod not sure
