Yep! they're making a sequel to FF7
But, there's one slight catch..... it's gonna be a movie
Details are still really sketchy on it at the moment, the only stuff i know for sure is that it's set 2 years after the game and Sephiroth is still around.... It's going to be about 60 minutes long, and is scheduled for release (on dvd) in Summer 2004.
All i can say is, they'd better not screw it up. Until more info is released, there's not really much else i can say.......

yes i'm not a very big fan of ff (not a fan at all actually...more like an anti-fan) but you've got to agree with me that the other ff movie was crap
why don't they make something meaningful instead...like an ut2003 movie

I liked the first, not for the fact it was FF but for what it was. This movie sounds like it will be a must see for all, and ya that pics messed

Sephiroth died twice, he can die a 3rd time. (He looks kinda girly)
Tiamet wants to see the movie, though I've already seen two awesome animated (Both anime) movies that REALLY set my standards, it should be good.
