I will accept other people's cards if they fit my critera, which can be summed up as:
1) they must be a standard deck - ie, have 10 cards. No more, no less.
2) They must fit the standard card layout - ie, be 100x135 pixels, have a playerdot in the top left corner, and space for the card stats (which are automatically generated - you can't put your own on your images) in the top right corner.
3) They must have a consistant art style.
4) They must be in .psd format when sent to me.
5) Most importantly, i must like them (and this covers everything i've forgot to mention). If i don't, then they won't be used.
This isn't too hard to achieve - i will be releasing the FF9 deck soon, which was originally created by Forcystus (heavily modified by myself, albiet) very soon and will do another by TE007 when i get around to it.

Heavily modified? I believe that you've only changed 2 of the cards images and thats all I had done really.

All of your images were cropped to the size of the card, and most of them needed to be shifted to accomodate the numbers... so i had to search for new images online - in most of the cases i ended up using the same images that you had picked (you made a good choice in the images you originally used). Others, like the Eiko card, didn't extend far enough down in the original image, so there wasn't any image for the bottom 5 pixels - which had to be created by copy/paste/tweaking... then all of the cards then had to have the brightness, contrast and levels tweaked and in some cases the image behind the numbers manipulated to have enough contrast for the numbers to be visible.
The border was also modified to remove some unnecesary shadow (making it 2px thinner in the process), and the player dots were done from scratch to give a better look.
A lot more work goes into getting the cards finished than people assume... its often a lot more than just finding an image and writing some numbers on it (well, it is when i'm in charge. Which is always).

I still think a retro SS avatars deck would be funky only trouble is finding old avatars and getting them big enough to use as cards.

Only if it was a Chrono Cross deck...which I personally don't want to see. (Though Draggy was among my favorite characters in that game.)
That's good to hear that the situation allows for others to run deck ideas by you and at least get some consideration.

It looks cute, but in an evil way. You know Gremlins? Like that.

My very first online avatar, preceding even the RM2K green dragon, and Bahamut card from FF8.
