The agression of '99 acomplished nothing! Our country was devastated and tossed into poverty. Seven years have passed, and we still cannot recover. Thousands of civilians were killed, perhaps because they made easier targets then the few of our operating military instalations.
As for the regime, NATO hardly helped by 'liberating' us with cluster bombs and depleted uranum. Miloshevic was safe, he even used the opportunity to obtain the status of 'guardian and protector' in the image of the people. And to get rid of most of his enemies.
