I know a few people who don't like the Red'n'Black theme that is enabled by default.
As the majority of people never change from the default, even if the others can be selected from any page on the forum, i come to wonder if it is the best theme to have as default.
And so, for the vote.
Additionally, and comments you have on any of the themes wouldn't go amiss.
Lets get a good discussion on page aesthetics going
There is another reason for starting this - phpbb3 is on the horizon, so your comments here will help decide which (if any) of the themes get ported over when i upgrade SS to it (but that is another discussion for another day)
Personally, i like Red'n'Black because it has good contrast (great for when i'm on my laptop and the sun is at the wrong angle), but most of the time i find myself using Old Default, because it's nicer on the eyes.

I use the subsilver skin. It's the best one IMO because it's easy on the eyes. I really don't like the red and black. It's just havoc on my eyes so... subsilver ftw.

i've never taken it off of Red 'n Black, knowing SSF also started with it originaly.. i'll just have to put my vote on that. =)

Old Default. As nostalgic as the original theme may be, it's quite horrible in my opinion.

Spaced Out, here.. I think it's easy to the eyes, easy to read and my desktop theme is very dark... With good reason, as I tend to spend most of my day in front of the screen, it's waaaay less tiring to have a dark and dimmed screen (default brightness to about 60~65, only tuned up for gaming and dark-on-dark reading material..)
While I like the combination of red'n'black, I really don't like the icons that come with it.
Furthermore I think the contrast between the "no new posts" and "new posts!" icon colours isn't clear enough.
That's mostly laziness on my part, though, as I'd actually have to look to see if there's new posts, rather than just see it..

old default the red and black doesn't look as peaceful and inviting as the old default skin does.
or at least that's what i think.

I used Spaced Out, but Old Default is much less nasrty looking than Red 'n Black. Ugh...
